Cooks must sign up no later than Wednesday, September 23 to avoid the cut-off
No entry fee for chefs
A maximum of 20 entries will be allowed
Cooks should consider 1-2 oz. portions for 50 Judges 

Tasting/ judging fee is $10 per Judge & includes hot dogs afterwards
Each judge will receive 5 tickets to vote
Judging fee goes towards prizes & supplies

The best 5 chili’s will be invited to compete against
Miamogue Yacht Club on October 11th
